Tender Loving Care, or tlc catalog program, is part of ACS Products, Inc., an affiliate of the American Cancer Society. Its mission is to help women facing cancer treatment cope with the appearance-related side effects of cancer. The tlc magalog (magazine/catalog) combines helpful articles and information with products for women coping with cancer or any cancer treatment that causes hair loss. Products include wigs, scarves, hairpieces, breast forms, prostheses, bras, hats, turbans, swimwear, and helpful accessories at the lowest possible prices. The magalog combines special needs products with the convenience and privacy of home shopping. The purpose of tlc is not intended to raise funds for the American Cancer Society; any proceeds over operating costs are reinvested in the Society's Survivorship programs and services.

Organizations offering ground transportation assistance for cancer patients and/or family members. Provides financial assistance for: -Transportation, Utilities, Food, Child Care, Housing Costs Type and amount of assistance is determined on a case by case basis by the Foundation’s Financial Aid Review Committee. An application is required. This Organization targets young women with breast cancer, but is available to women of all ages who are in active treatment for breast cancer. Also provides health educational presentations by healthcare professionals to focus on breast cancer awareness, prevention, screening and early detection. Monthly support groups – call for meeting information.

Organization offers ground transportation services for medical appointments for patients and family members. Dial-a-ride services are open to Lorain County residents; offering discounted fares to seniors and disabled individuals. Scheduling should be done two weeks in advance. May be able to accommodate later notices if appointment is during the day.
